Popular suburbs surrounding the city of Dayton, Ohio.
A charming historic neighborhood just South of Downtown Dayton, full of beautiful historic homes. Houses in Oakwood would be in extreme close proximity to Miami Valley Hospital, Dorthy Lane Market, Heritage Park, Downtown Dayton, the Wright Brothers Famous Home, Hawthorn Hill, Smith Garden, and a wide variety of pocket parks.
The second largest suburb of Dayton, located less than 10 miles away from Downtown Dayton on West on US-35. Beavercreek is situated between various community attractions such as Wright-Patt Air Force Base, Fairfield Commons Mall, The Greene Town Center, Wright State University and Yellow Springs. There is a vast array of commerce, recreational and leisure parks, along with older and newer residential neighborhoods.
Bellbrook/Sugar Creek, Ohio:
These two towns have combined School Districts, they are smaller communities located South East of Dayton. A recent boom in residential and economic development are bringing more people into town. A unique feature is that the majority of business here is local; a neighborhood favorite is The Blueberry Cafe.There ire also various places to venture outside, examples are: Bellbrook Canoe Rental, Sugar Creek Fly Shop, and Sugar Creek Metro Park.
A growing urban city, that is located south of Dayton, towards Cincinnati on Interstate 75. There is a ton of new development going on around the popular destination, Austin Landing shopping center. Springboro offers newer builds, and large schools. A couple awesome spots locals love to hit up are La Comedia Dinner Theatre, Friesingers Candy Store, The Wright B Flyer Museum, and their historic downtown!
An established community in the heart of the Dayton Metropolitan Area. Washington Twp is a fought after location for homes due to its location. There are many older neighborhoods with homes ranging in size & expense. Like the other communities, there are many amenities to choose from, like their Excellent rated Public Schools, the Dayton Mall, shops on Main Street, Bills Donuts, & their historic downtown.
